These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern sales made on the NeuroCerv™ website, operated by the company KAGLIA LLC.

Any order placed on the website implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

KAGLIA LLC reserves the right to modify the T&Cs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in effect at the time of the order.

ARTICLE 2 — PRODUCTS

The website offers cervical comfort and well-being products under the brand NeuroCerv™.

Products are described with the greatest possible accuracy. However, images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

ARTICLE 3 — ORDERS

Orders are placed exclusively online:

  • add to cart
  • validation
  • secure payment

Creating an account is not mandatory.

The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

ARTICLE 4 — VALIDATION

The order is considered validated after payment confirmation.

A confirmation email will be sent.

KAGLIA LLC reserves the right to cancel an order in case of:

  • suspected fraud
  • incorrect information
  • payment issue

ARTICLE 5 — PRICE AND PAYMENT

Price

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) or according to the customer's location.

Prices include applicable taxes when required.

KAGLIA LLC reserves the right to change prices at any time.

Payment

Payments are secured and accepted via:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Other means offered via Shopify

Banking data is never stored by the website.

ARTICLE 6 — DELIVERY

Area

We deliver to Canada, the United States, and internationally.

Delays

  • Processing: 24 to 72 hours
  • Estimated delivery: 7 to 12 business days

These deadlines are indicative.

Shipping

A tracking number is sent after shipment.

ARTICLE 7 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 365-day money-back guarantee.

The product can be tested. If it is not suitable, a return is possible.

Conditions

The product must be returned:

  • clean
  • in good condition (normal wear accepted)

Return Costs

At the customer's expense, except for:

  • defective product
  • order error

Procedure

The customer must contact support with:

  • order number
  • reason for return

Refund

  • processed within 5 days of receipt
  • refunded within a maximum of 14 days
  • via the original payment method

ARTICLE 8 — LIABILITY

KAGLIA LLC cannot be held responsible for:

  • damages related to improper use
  • delivery delays beyond its control
  • indirect losses

ARTICLE 9 — PERSONAL DATA
