This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on the NeuroCerv™ store, operated by KAGLIA LLC.

Its purpose is to clearly define the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At NeuroCerv™, we are confident in the effectiveness of our solution.

That's why we offer a 365-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt of your order.

You can test the product under normal conditions of use.
If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund.

2. Return Period

You have 365 days after receipt to request a return.

3. Return Costs

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • defective product
  • product damaged upon receipt
  • order error

In these cases, the costs are fully covered by NeuroCerv™.

4. Return Procedure

4.1 Return Request

To initiate a return, contact our customer service with:

  • your order number
  • the reason for the return

4.2 Validation

After validation, you will receive return instructions.

4.3 Shipping

The product must be returned:

  • clean
  • in good condition (normal wear and tear accepted)
  • in secure packaging

⚠️ No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.

5. Conditions based on reason

✔️ Product Tested (365-day guarantee)

You can use the product. If it doesn't suit you, you can return it after testing.

✔️ Defective Product

Contact us quickly. A solution will be provided (replacement or refund).

✔️ Damaged Product

Send photos within 48 hours of receipt.

✔️ Wrong Product Received

We will arrange for replacement at our expense.

✔️ Product Not Received

An investigation will be opened with the carrier.

✔️ Cancellation

Only possible before shipping.
After shipping → standard return.

6. Refund

Once the product is received and inspected:

  • processing: within 5 business days
  • refund: within a maximum of 14 days
  • method: original payment method

7. Ineligible Products

The following are not refundable:

  • intentionally damaged products
  • incomplete or unusable products
  • customized items (if applicable)

8. Return Address

The return address will be communicated only after validation of the request.

9. Return Shipping

  • shipping with recommended tracking
  • variable cost depending on the country (unless return is covered)

10. Consumer Rights

This policy complies with applicable laws in Canada / Quebec and does not affect your legal rights.
